1994-2007: Indian Valley First Asst. Coach.
2000-2007: Offensive line Coach
1994-1999: Defensive Coordinator
1990-1993: Indian Valley, varsity coach
1988-1989: Indian Valley Jr. High
1986: Southern Huntingdon varsity football coach
1985: West Perry, Defensive Coordinator
1977-1980 Defensive Tackle for Millersville Univ.
-2 and a half year starter with 7 career sacks.
-All East First team P.S.A.C. -Senior year
-Lombardi Trophy winner vs Kutztown 1980
1974-1976: 2 year letter winner/football, basketball, and baseball at Lewistown Area HS

 
      



Coach Shearer resides in Reedsville with wife Dianne, and  5 children, Billy, Stephanie, Tara, Tony, and Keith
